As previously stated, all my prices are negotiable. If you would like to purchase my work and feel it is a bit tight for you, please get in touch so we can agree a price that is agreeable to both parties.

PAYMENT SYSTEM is 50% upfront and 50% at the end of the project. The second half of the payment is sent on the same time when the drawing is completed. If you prefer to make the payment all at once, please let me know in advance.

ABOUT THE REFUNDS, When both parties are not comfortable continuing the project and at some point cancellation is necessary, the first half of the amount cannot be refunded. Since time and energy has already been spent developing the project.

As more you describe them the better your commission can come to life so if you want to tell me even the smallest detail, feel free to add them into your request's infos on the email

INCLUDES IMAGES REFERENCES this is not required to make your request, but just a gentle reminder that if you have a Pinterest board or even a doc that you have with all of the images for your commission, please attach them into the email as well.

IF THE FIRST HALF OF THE PAYMENT IS NOT MADE I WON'T START THE PROJECT

FIRST HALF OF THE PAYMENT When the first half of the payment is made we schedule two days one for the delivery of the sketch and another to receive the finished project

TIMING For my timing, it can be really different depending of the amount of slots that are open for that specific day. So, if your project has to be scheduled earlier you have to let me know in advance so we can see the availability of both agendas.

SCHEDULED DAY ONE You can see some sketches without any painting yet, only a line work (sometimes I send more than one or two sketches depending of the complexity of the project), only the line work are made in this step. In this part some adjustments can be done. If you have a color palette that you want me to follow send them in this stage. After the sketch is approved I won't be able to make anymore alterations

SCHEDULED DAY TWO In this part you will receive the whole project done and finished with the other half of the payment at the same time. alterations and adjustment in this part can not be made

CHANGES AND ALTERATIONS Of course, that if alterations are too much necessary I can open some exceptions if they are simple and small. But have in mind that it can affect the deadline for the project.
